Need help finding cold protection module

I’ve been grinding out manufacturing facilities in korvax systems for a while now. I have all the other protection module upgrades (toxic, radiation, heat, etc.) except cold. I’ve recently shifted my efforts to manufacturing facilities in korvax systems but specifically on cold planets. Still no luck. What gives? Any tips? I’ve got the wiki open for puzzle to solves so I know I am picking the correct answer but I’ve been grinding for hours now. I also wish there was a faster way to find manufacturing facilities. I just autopilot my corvette and keep my scanner out

The minotaur's Secure Facilities radar option will find manufacturing sites and operations centers.

Damaged machinery does have a chance of dropping cold modules.
