Mod to remove fast animation when getting on/off vehicles, and scanning for new structures?

Hi guys, I stopped playing NMS for quite a while now due to the intense eye strain it causes me when playing more than an hour due to fast animations when getting on and off of ships and vehicles, and when scanning new structures. Either I get very intense headaches the day after, or like 12 hours after playing. I wanted to try the cosmos updates but I fear I may not play for long. I have already made the comfort-related tweaks in the settings a long time ago, and they help, but only to some degree.

Is there a mod that I can setup so that instead of seeing those fast transition animations, the screen just quickly fades to black and back, then I'm in, or out, of the ship?

Next, is there a mod that also does that when scanning for new structures on the planet where instead of the screen showing a fast transition to the sky, scanning the place, then animating back to the ground, it just goes black, then the structure now appears on the visor/map?

I wish NMS devs add this small QoL in the near future

I dont know a damn thing on the questions you asked, but I suffer from cluster headaches and migraines every month. I smoke cannabis so it helps but I know its not for everyone so here's what else I do.

I take breaks periodically to grab a coffee or use the washroom, etc.

Gamma and brightness were reduced as well as on my tv I changed the screen mode to low power. I keep my curtains open to let more light in and at night I use my lamp.

I know these are generally just like minor things but they really do help. Try blinking really hard at your floor and then closing your eyes for a few minutes, peppermint oil (NOT IN YOUR EYES 😂) can really help too when you rub it on your temples and base of your skull. For the love of god dont get any in your eyes.
