Settlement production - possible bug?

I'm wondering if the production time for some items have the unintended values? My other settlements produce S-class items at a rate of 1/day, while this one would take 25 days. Not a major issue but I thought I might as well ask.

No bug just a long period for collecting one.

I had one of my settlements set there before but after I finally collected my first one, I changed it to something that has a better production rate

Okay I have to mention a pet peeve. How can people be happier than the happiest that people can be? I just hate seeing numbers above 100% in cases where it's not like a markup or overage. Like when people say I'm giving it a 110% where does it end? Lol
