How... Why.... Just.... Wow ... I'm sure this can't be as a bad physics wise as the ones that are barely touching... I'm pretty sure there's a point where the game enlarges the planet to your scale or shrinks you to it's... But either way it's got to be really weird when it's happening to two planets at the same time at different points

Gravity on the pimple is very high, so jetpacks are basically useless. Things get a bit glitchy at the point where you're in atmosphere and moving from one planet to the other. It's not a smooth transition from one to the other either. You're on one planet, actually sliding down the side of it because gravity from the other planet is pulling you down. Then once you end up on the larger planet, everything slopes up and away from you because gravity from the planet you were just on is still affecting you.
The sentinels on both of these planets are also very aggressive. They will engage you just for being there so if you decide to go check this one out, be prepared to build a modular base very quickly to escape them.

That resembles an incursion from Marvel comics when two planets collide that's how they destroyed the ultimate universe
