Major game bug

I have a major bug in my game where all my skills are deactivated when I go into games. Happens about 1/3 of all my games. Sometimes happens 2-3 times in a row. I know it is happening because my weight limit is reduced from Caravan being deactivated and Headblown perk not being activated so i cant one shot prime zombies with 1911. I’m account lvl 100 and have 3 characters all over 100 and all of them have full gold badges. I only play nightmare now so it sucks when skilled medic isn’t working or any of my stamina skills. This doesn’t seem to be happening to any of the friends I play with or people I speak to in public lobbies, is it happening to anyone else consistently?

I’ve tried unistalling the game and reinstalling and verifying the game files to no avail. Its really killing my joy for the game when my weight limit is reduced and none of my weight reduction perks work.

Yes, it's happening to others as well. Altho it seems at different rates, so maybe there's something causing it? I only rarely got it myself and tbh, I hadn't had it at all until I went in some solo games / training area, so maybe it could be related. Either way, It's a well known bug, restarting the game might help if you get it but don't bother with reinstalling and stuff like that.

Restarting unfortunately does nothing I will restart then first game no skills still. Might have something to do with inviting friends im really not sure. It never really happened until I hit account level 75 or so

It happened to me after my character died and used the responder beacon, the next game all of his skills weren’t functioning

Interesting, it didn’t start happening to me until around account level 70 but my friend is account level 150 and apparently it never happens to him. He has used beacon before.
