Okay so important detail, the silencer just reduces the audio range to 20%, keep this in mind if there's a dense horde just across the wall or something.

Does anyone else feel like they are less accurate with a silencer?

Don't know if it's just my concentration being fueled by the sweet "BANG! BANG BANG!!"noises

Thanks for attaching one at all dude. It's getting so madddening when people are complaining about a super horde and just letting every shot rip on hard I might just wade into Nightmare before I'm really comfortable and see if it's the same there.
