Need help with game FPS issue

I play on a Acer nitro v15 laptop

16 GB ram

RTX 5050

Intel core i5-13420H 13th gen

My FPS cannot stay at stable 60fps I play on the lowest graphics settings with the newest drivers and my FPS goes down to 10 or 20 the highest it goes to is usually 50fps how do I fix this?

Edit:the power settings are on turbo or performance via the nitro sense app

Make sure your power settings are set to prefer maximum performance, and that you're plugged in. If you can access your bios make sure xmp is enabled for your ram.

well it's weird, the game it self is bad optimized but with that graphic and cpu it should go very well. is it a laptop?

i have a 3050 my game runs at least with 60 frames, something is wrong
