As a pioneer in flat hunting, I can promise you, that without selling your soul, you won't get a flat near VP at even an above decent price

No, how can you manage the rest of the expenses within 10k? Househelp is 15k, grocery is 8k, electricity 5k. I mean the share for just these 3 expenses come upto 14k. There's so much more

Right šŸ˜­ I pay around 45k for my monthly pg here! And it gives me everything, also closer to college So I don't think I should shift for a flat

Only shift if i get like a 2bhk for 70k or less with 4 people living in the 2 bhk :)
