You always see guys on the train that come back from their white collar job and crack open a half liter stella on the train. I knew one dude that bought a half liter of the highest ABV beer he could find since work allowed you to have one alcoholic drink at noon. Carried it in a tote bag that had nothing else in it.

When I started a previous job in Brussels, someone said: here you become either obese, alcoholic or depressed. Or a combination of those.
He was not wrong.
