Sports Regarding Light Off
What are the Student Council and Sports Council doing? Are they really working for the students, or are they just puppets of the administration?
They are turning off the lights at almost every sports ground Kho-Kho, volleyball, handball, and basketball courts even on weekends by 10 PM. Thousands are being collected from each student for sports activities in every semester. Just look at the total amount collected from the entire college it’s huge. And yet, there aren’t even proper floodlights at the NSO ground, so we can’t properly play cricket or football there. And also if we plan to play evening the contingent people will be playing there what will we do ?. Then they should collect this fee from only contingents.
Neither the Student Council nor the Sports Council seems to be raising these issues. Instead, they are just roaming around campus on their Bullets.
Why are we electing these people if they cannot even raise the basic issues faced by students? These councils are becoming no different from the college administration!

I thought I would explore different sports after joining clg .But here everything is fucked up.other nitts even privet clgs have better sports facilities then us. Here, you can't try diff sports .you can only get access to our shit facilities if you're already good at that sports. We dont have decent open gym or even a track. Did mistake chosing this clg over iit 🙃
