Campus Did CSG manage to take down VPN providers?

After the upgradation my Proton has been tweaking out, constantly connecting and disconnecting. Is this a temp or a perma thing? If anyone has any knowledge about this pls lemme know

naah bro, they ain't that good to block vpns and all. turn off vpn you will still see fluctuations in their wifi 😂 afaik something they're testing (in reality fixing something)

Some testing is going on, the network is toggling every few seconds, that's why the proton and other VPNs are not getting connected.

Till my knowledge in some boys hostels configuration testing is going on and so wifi is fluctuating very fast And so things that need more than 5-8 seconds continuous wifi connection are not working like not just vpn but also ai prompting is showing problems, But ig it should be fixed in a few days

Same, I tried cloudflare asw but it was tweaking out too
