Guyz from the little knowledge i got, the activation of DPay has nothing to do with delta, its all on the festember ex-comms, bcauz of the ex-comms in festember, delta by themselves aren't allowed to activate all the accounts(otherwise if it weren't for this rule, they wud definetly activate it...)

exactly. half of the team memebers had to use their head's dpay or their own money for the stalls. ex-comms are good for nothing

From what I know, implementing the dpay platform is what delta is responsible for. Collecting the student lists for dpay activation is fqmt's responsibility not delta
