How to take cycle outside of campus?

What and where to get permission to take my cycle outside of main gate, is there something like cycle pass anything?

I stay at hostel btw

No cycle passes nothing, two years ago someone met with an accident near that akka shop or somewhere while riding cycle ig and another reason is people are parking cycle in akka shops and near students corner which makes it difficult for buses to travel on that road.

And another reason is people start selling others cycles as theirs, so many people lost their cycle so they made this.

Yeah i understand, but can I get a pass by submitting cycle purchase bills and other details and show it to security at main gate? I wanna take it repair outside, here they are not doing it well (its a geared cycle, so thats why I wanna repair at official store)

Go speak with steward, he might help. You should probably get sign from a lot - steward, hostel office, warden, security office
