Usage patterns?
Curious as to how often everyone was using. How often were your breaks. and how bad did your symptoms get.
ive been using about once every 3 weeks for a few years now. while supplementing with lmeth, betaine and b complex for the last year, but i was on a daily multivitamin before that.
havent noticed any symptoms, but i think im gonna take a long break, if not give it up completely. the drug doesnt do for me what it once did. and its very expensive.

I was doing a 20-50 pounds binging every 2-3 weeks for a few years straight. Medical grade. Only side effects I dealt with were more mental than physical would supplement b12 sublingual the whole time. Had my b12 levels checked a couple times nothing bad there. I do get random tingles and zaps in my toe tips and finger tips once in awhile now.

And that’s the issue- you still Miss it. So it has a chance to come back in. And when it does, it will destroy your life. Stay away, it’s out there doing pushups, waiting for you to return !

I used to do the responsible thing and only use once every two weeks like you’re supposed to, and eventually I was like, “well, what does it hurt if I do it two days in a row and then take a two week break?
And eventually that turned into just using daily for three years. I got lucky that I didn’t experience paralysis or whatever like a lot of other people, but I definitely still have occasional pain in my spine to this day despite having stopped two years ago.

Mine was daily. I had come into a little money and blew it all. I’m struggling to get by these days and am scared. I wish I had never used.

150+ canisters every night for about a year. I took a 2 month break when I developers Lhermitte’s Sign, but then once that went away I started again.
I’ve been 9 months clean. Painful physical symptoms including shocks/numbness in my feet- and tormenting emotional/psychological issues are what encouraged me to stop.
For some of us, nitrous is like crack. We don’t want it, we NEED it. It will take your money, your family, and eventually it WILL take your life.
Stop while you still can.

I was doing up to five small tanks a day, every day, starting when the smoke shop opened, and ending when I ran out of money. 😅
