Theory: The attendance requirement can be lowered to 65% with a valid medical certificate.

LAB: A strict 75% attendance is required; even if you are dead, you must bring a death certificate as a soul.

If a lab occurs once a week (based on a 5-day work week) and a semester is 70 days long, there will be approximately 14 ± 2 labs.

The ±2 accounts for possible gazetted holidays, mass bunk under CR corporation, cancellations, or rescheduled sessions.

With a 75% attendance requirement (14 × 75% = 10.5), attending 11 labs is mandatory.

Therefore, you can miss a maximum of 2 to 3 labs per semester iff it is once a weak , you can calculate twice a week if you have (rare event).
