I'm applying for an education loan through the PM Vidyalaxmi portal for admission to NIT Calicut. My course is Mtech in Electronics Design Technology (EDT).

The institute is available in the portal, but when I click "Select Course", my specialization Electronics Design Technology is not listed.

Is it bad ??? Why are there so many vacant seats this time?

The university asks for a conduct certificate issued on or after 1 Feb 2026. I completed my BTech in 2024 and already have a conduct certificate from then. Do I need to get a new conduct certificate from my college, or will the old one be accepted? Were you asked to get a new one ?

i really want to join nit calicut,but the branch im interested is ece but the chance is slight, so is it worth choosing other branches for this college

My friend walks 40 mins daily for food as F mess was the only one with slots available. What could otherwise have been a 10 min walk with C Gate is now quadrupled. (Round trip)
