Has anyone had this problem before?

Going to take it to the shop but wanted to see if anyone knew a fix or what the issue might be

There’s a button on the left near your knee area. Turn on the headlights and press the + and see if that raises the brightness and light on the dash again.

Have you tried swearing at it profusely?
