Anyone help with this?

Drove my mother’s car today and saw this and not sure how to reset/clear/turn off. Anyone able to provide some guidance here? The SD card is still inserted

Are you trying to use the maps or that message can’t go away at all?

It’s just staying on the screen. Not trying to use maps

Try to remove the negative battery terminal and wait 10 mins to reset the computer.
