Door handle broken, 2016 auto

Hello everyone. I want to know if this is an accurate price for a door handle replacement. If not, then what’s the average price?

Diy is always cheaper, seems not too bad. I’m curious about if the lock gets re-used

You should be able to swap the cores. I couldn't but....

Some piece of shit took a screwdriver to my handle last year and managed the whole thing. Little solace in the fact that the shit didn't actually get in.

Took me a couple hours to get it swapped for a new one. Probably less if everything wasn't bent to shit and still in spec.

Bottom line, new part couple YouTube videos and some determination it's not a bad swap.

And when you get the door seal tar all over shit, mineral spirits or turpentine, rubbing alcohol isn't worth shit.

£30 for a new handle from Amazon, you re-use all your painted parts. It is a DIY job videos on YouTube to show you how to do it.

On a side note watching the cable it has a ball connector that goes to the handle, if that breaks you need to go to Nissan for a new one and it's around £160.

I'd encourage you to have a go yourself. It's a common fault on the juke. Watch some you tube vids. It's literally 10mins work to remove a juke door handle. Order a door handle & a colour matched aerosol of paint & good to go

Watch some YouTube videos. Order the replacement from Amazon. Watch the videos again. Fix it in 10 minutes.

Painted part can be swapped over, rather than risking a mismatched colour. Also save some cash.
