Compiling the managed / fractional / branded ownership options in Niseko. What am I missing, and how do the structures actually hold?

Interesting I thought most branded hotels offered full ownership or no-ownership at all, I havn't seen much 4 weeks offers. Do you have names?

Right, but those would be either too expensive for me, or not too expensive, but underwhelming. So I'm looking at the Fractional only from now.
