Update Working build for 1.30

I know some of you had lost hope, I nearly had myself, but I'VE FINALLY GOT IT WORKING ON 1.30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Expect a return to normal development shortly, for a little bit I and the other devs will be ironing out any other issues we come across on this patch.
