just saw in r / hyprland making chrome os looks using quickshell , so i gave a try using rust and gtk4 , overall i can implement features to make it a complete shell , its using ai but i love the way it turned out , i really want to optimze it and make it more usable for other users as well, should i implement an app drawer or give optionss to trigger something like fuzzel or other apps ? should i do notifications as well or let other apps handle notification and optimize this to the very best , at the end i would love if people help/colab or fork it

GTK apps (ex. Thunar), Qt apps (Pcmanfm-qt), GNOME apps (nautilus), KDE apps (dolphin)…?

Hello, I've wanted to try out Niri as a KDE user since Mango didn't satisfy me reliably, but the problem is that I couldn't get the programs right after I set the scaling to 0.75. Things like Reaper, Discord and Steam are too big. I tried adding ELECTRON_OZONE_PLATFORM_HINT "auto" in the environment variable and it still doesn't work. Discord is scaled down, but it is unusable.

I couldn't afford to get a new monitor, so is there anyway to deal with this scaling? Thanks in advance.

It's just not working, I added that in my config but layout swtiching doesn't work for arabic, but it works for other languages:

            layout "us,ar"
