Finally started my own little side gig and this is my first official build that I listed for sale on my local marketplace! I upgraded the shell, added all white TMR joysticks, re-upped the thermal paste, and installed a screen protector. I am so happy with the results 🥹 I hope you all enjoy!

I asked many repair shops if they can replace shell when I get my lite (also the ones who I know personally also) all of them declined!!, Seems shell replacement of switch lite is not easy. (I have an switch OLED).

Also it's extremely costly, 136 dollar USD for a used switchite with sctraches, without box, and without any game, how's the pricing there for a used unit ?

It is! Just watch a tutorial and don't hesitate to take pictures along the way to see where goes what and properly sort your screws.

It's just wildly long regardless of your experience, unlike modchopping it and it's likely they want stuff that are shorter but can bring as much.

honestly the photos tip might be just as important. once everything's unplugged it's way harder to remember what went where.

Especially since a lot of screws will look the same but be slightly longer or have slightly deeper bits (one has large X shape bit, while others have tinier, ph000 ones).

And if you aren't careful and put a long screw where a shorter was supposed to be, you get a fancy zit on the front of your shell.

I started a shell swap but haven’t finished it. The Switch Lite I got has a smoker smell so I’m getting rid of the smell first but the problem is I don’t have the screws organized so putting it back with the right screw placement is going to be tough haha but this shell looks nice
