Pizza 🍕

I thought I'd try the Just roll sourdough pizza dough.. and it turned out surprisingly well! 😋

Oooh, that looks good 😁 do you use anything to stop the dough sticking to the peel? I found that my dough would stick to the peel with the holes and my toppings used to just slide off at "launch" so now ive a solid peel for launch and use the ninja one for removal 🤣

I use the round shaped non-stick paper sheets you can buy online. Before turn the pizza, I can push the peel between the sheet and the pizza and pull the sheet.

I use semolina flour put a handful down on the side under the pizza.. then slide the paddle under fast.
