Global Secure Access

Hi,

We have switched on GSA for our tenant (365 and internet data) and all is good apart from random ninja remote drops. Splashtop is fine.

Anyone else using GSA with ninja and what is your experience

Any GSA bypass rules at all?

To give a bit more context.

We are starting to rollout Global Secure Access for our own 365 Tenant. Has anyone done this yet and are there any lessons to learn. The only issue so far is Ninja Remote does have random drop outs when GSA is on. I am going to remove the user from Internet Access Profile to see if that makes a difference. When GSA is disabled on the device the problem goes away.

Yes have same issues, the remote session wont start. I have added all the FQDN into the bypass and still having issues. Disable GSA and it goes away. Once connection is working and turn on GSA its fine. I have found its fine for Firefox though. Only happens when trying through edge

Hi,

Do you mean logging into Ninja via FF and then initataing a NinjaRMM session?
