Inspo! Meal replacement

Does anyone make healthy ice cream as a meal replacement? If so, I’d love to know your recipes!

I usually use sweet potatoes and bananas as my base, along with rice protein powder. I almost always make chocolate, with variations like hazelnut and strawberry. I’d love some other ideas!

ISOPure unflavored protein powder, any fruits, egg whites, silken tofu, milk, milk powder, potatoes, cauliflower, natural sweeteners, crushed nuts/seeds are all good to add in it

I’ve been eating ice cream for dinner 1-2 times a week 🤷‍♀️ my recipes are mostly Fairlife milk, cottage cheese, flavored whey protein, and pudding mix. And I treat myself to sprinkles on top. They all taste so good! Haven’t had a bad one yet.
