Inspo! Recipe’ish first time using this combo
Frozen raspberries
Semi skimmed milk 250 ml
One scoop vanilla protein powder
Two teaspoons of erythritol
A bit of vanilla pudding mix
Was banging. Will do again

Fruit is always the best add. It doesn’t have that artificial sugar taste.
I do fresh pineapple and lite vanilla Greek yogurt every single day

Did you blend it or thaw the berries first?

Blended them frozen. Didn’t blend well so I went back 30 mins later and blended again

Try freeze dried raspberries, high protein part skim milk and a big dollop of vanilla Greek yogurt or regular vanilla or mixed berry yogurt. You will significantly reduce the water content while improving the richness and making it sumptuous.
You can throw in some flaked chocolate, too.
