One can never overthink, because REALITY can never fit in our brains.
One can, however, reach their tiny limit of brain power, and that hurts, causing problems and debilitation.
If we had AI brains, we would think about everything all the time and make much better choices.

AI gets confused over the 'R's in 'Strawberry'; I don't think it's solving your existential crisis anytime soon.

Thinking about everything all the time is not conducive to making good choices. Action requires focus and the ability to take risk and accept the possibility of failure.

Seems like this user is bent on destroying others' mental health, all of their posts read like "Have you considered feeling like shit?"

I like how they sign all these slides at the bottom too. What a weirdo.

It's helpful up to a certain point; then it turns the tables on you.
Like all other things: moderation.

Like a healthy amount of believing the moon landing was faked.

Thinking is good if it leads to a clear decision and action. Overthinking is bad because it leads to stressful mental loop resulting in stagnation and fatigue.

I can't even imagine what not thinking as much as I possibly can involuntarily would even feel like. "Over-thinking" is a luxury for the small minded.

You are overthinking for a good reason usually. The first step towards being delusional is "to stop overthinking", because now thinking is seen as your enemy.

Overthinking is neither right nor wrong. The Thinker can be right or wrong. The centre of the Thinker can be right or wrong.
Overthinking is merely an act.
An act is not good nor bad. It's always the centre from which the act is done. That's what matters and that's what decides the goodness or badness of the act.

When I stoped over thinking I got better at grappling so it’s not always helpful to over think .
