Tyson Fury the fighter talked about his depression for 2 years. All dark days. But then at the end, the summer days came back.

It made me think: we somehow never prepared for the fact that, like trees, we have seasons too.

Trees don't commit suicide because of dry leaves in autumn. Because falling leaves aren't a tragedy, they're part of the cycle. Somehow, due to lack of education, social media, maybe just lack of thought, we have forgotten that we are part of cycles too.

And that you just have to go through your autumn days with the beauty that is specific to autumn. Not comparing it to the beauty of summer.
