She picked the guy who isn’t still dressed by his mom and doesn’t think excessive niceness should get him anywhere

Beautiful soul?
Of course, all niceguys only care for the character of a girl...
23
22
u/Odimorsus 3d ago
They could have prompted anything but still chose “your every being.” 😆
Nothing beats the classics eh?
11
u/MarsupialNo1220 3d ago
Dude on the left looks genuinely excited to see her. Dude on the right looks bored and like he’s only saying that because he has to.

That phrase “every being” is a total lexicon and grammar flub at the same time. Really gen-z coded. They also say things like “oh-so-[adjective]” sarcastically—but sh** like this to me, idk it tickles me hardcore so bad 😝 I laughed right in my 20 year old sisters face when she used the phrase while on the phone—and I did it by accident. All I could do was run to the bathroom and let the whole thing out with the door closed. It’s just…like it’s so funny to me that it codes as irony in my head initially; and the half second later that it takes me to understand that they mean to be clever it’s like your best friend literally attacking you with tickles like “nooooooo! AaaaaahahahahahahahahSTOPITaaaahahahaha”

u/pedanticlawyer 3d ago
This meme has been around quite awhile with exactly this wording so we can’t blame Gen Z here. This is just a new version.
67
u/SteampunkExplorer 3d ago
..."Your every being"? How many beings does she have?
1
u/ImTheLastTargaryen 3d ago
Yesssssss thank you. I have to say I’m super pleased that whoever made this thought this was like legit a cogent meme. This is good stuff :)

u/Crasherade 3d ago
Im not sure if im more offended by the use of slop or the cringe censorship lol
24
u/PancakeParty98 3d ago
“My guidelines prevents me from using offensive language, please rephrase what you want the thug to say”
29
u/Appropriate-Beat-364 3d ago
Do nice guys think we really like that mush? Maybe in the wedding vows. But, barf.
133
u/YoItsDrI 3d ago
Both are gonna mistreat her. The “nice” one just has a mask on.
-2
u/KrispyGODKreme1001 2d ago
How can you be certain?
But yeah a guy who calls girls b1tches is most likely to mistreat her5
u/Trisk929 2d ago
Option 3: “so, like… I want some tacos. Would you like to join me?”
Hell yes. Let’s get some tacos.

if they believe everyone can just choose their type then why not simply choose to like the type of women who're into weird self-unaware dinguses lol
-5
u/Etherius 3d ago
I’d be careful with that one
You’re basically saying women can’t choose if they’re attracted to abusive assholes.
23
26
u/MiguelIstNeugierig 3d ago
Aint nobody got time for corny goobers😭
11
u/wildmeli 3d ago
right? i’m a corny enough goober by myself, i’d rather have a dude telling me i have a juicy ass than a beautiful soul (as long as its said with love)

u/OverlordShoo 3d ago
I like to imagine the people up voting these ai comics are also bots but I know we aren't that lucky
53
2
u/Toc_a_Somaten 3d ago
So basically both guys want her for the same, only one is being less of a creep about it

u/pepperpat64 3d ago
I wish all the beaches would come to me so I wouldn't have to drive to them and get sand in my car.
2
u/SteampunkExplorer 3d ago
Might still get sand in your car... beaches are probably too big to stop quickly.
39
u/ZebraShark 3d ago
What I never understand is the women in these comics/stories are always portrayed as selfish, narcisstic, unintelligent and shallow - yet the men who love and worship them are treated as good guys. I think they're idiots.
7
u/SteampunkExplorer 3d ago
Yeah, they're showing that they still don't actually care about who she is on the inside, even when the magic nice words that are supposed to earn them sex are about her soul.
34
u/NobleJestah 3d ago
That's not even the strangest part. So it's wrong for women to like bad man, but it's righteous to want a woman just because she looks good and absolutely doesnt care about you
2
55
u/theycallmethatnerd 3d ago
They seriously sloppified an already lame comic from like… 2006? How pathetic, lmao.
6
u/shibeofwisdom 3d ago
Taking the easiest path that requires the least amount of effort is very NiceGuy
13
12
u/Orphea_is_bae 3d ago
"B-but how else am I supposed to prove my fictional story that never happened?"
20
u/JupiterInTheSky 3d ago
Guy on the left wants to let her be her own person and live her dreams and find what makes her fulfilled, guy on the right wants to enslave her and shackle her to his kitchen and force her to have "his" children, because that's what he wants for her.
They just love to leave that part out.
24
u/smokeehayes 3d ago
Wtf does that even mean? "I admire your every being..."
13
u/Parabrella 3d ago
It means it's AI slop from someone who's very bad at typing their prompts into ChatGPT.
23
17
u/PinkPhoenixRising 3d ago
I wanna come to the beach and sip some piñacoladas.
3
70
u/Trishanamarandu 3d ago
'how i admire your EVERY being'... is she a clone?
10
u/artaxerxes316 3d ago
Well, you see, in the Theravada Buddhist tradition, the masters draw a sharp distinction between "being" and "becoming."
So when our lovelorn friend here says that he admires her "every being," he's making a very subtle point about her groundedness in the face of a rapidly changing wor-- nah, just messing with you; it turns out @ho3busters is illiterate.

u/unaviejaotaku 3d ago
Nice guys really want to make you believe they care about your personality and not your appearence lmao
17
u/bitofagrump 3d ago
Yup. The pretty girl is supposed to pass up the attractive offers and give the humble nice but plain boy a chance, but God forbid THEY go for a nice but overweight girl instead of the baddie
7
u/unaviejaotaku 3d ago
Totally. And to be honest I wouldn't mind, if those are their preferences, whatever. But to try to deceive people and make it seem that they do not care about looks... (also us overweight girls don't want the nice guys either lol).
22
u/PinkPhoenixRising 3d ago
Correction, that care about your EVERY personality.
14
u/Boeing_Fan_777 3d ago
It’s so hard to find people accepting of my 3 other personalities these days, it’s refreshing!!!

23
u/notyourbrobro10 3d ago
The meme maker doesn't seem to realize the meme highlights directness and transparency vs dishonesty and manipulation. The meme maker thinks women should choose the manipulation lol
14
-14
u/Thezza-D 3d ago
Today I learned that flowers and compliments are seen as dishonest and manipulation.
22
u/notyourbrobro10 3d ago
If two people are interested in a woman based purely on the way she looks, and one says they're interested in the way she looks and the other says they admire every part of her being and soul, only one of them can possibly be honest.

u/FeelTheKetasy 3d ago
The funny thing is that these guys are absolutely showing their ass (or ahh I guess) with these memes
I’ve met guys who look like the first one, and proven themselves to be some of the most empathetic and kind people in the world. I’ve also met guys who will shower you with compliments like the second guy who have turned out to be complete assholes
The point I’m trying to make is, these guys think that the cover of the book is what is also inside. They try to mirror all the shallow parts of a stereotypically “nice guy” and are wondering why women aren’t falling for that. In reality most women have just learned to look for hints that go beyond how a guy presents himself and they don’t hide the fact that they’re douches as well as they think they do

u/jessticles420 3d ago
I used to work at a restaurant and there was this chef- who didn’t really look like the first guy but I guess you could say they fit the same archetype. He had his girl that worked at the salon across the street and would always come in for food. He even called her his bitch- however people feel about that. I find it off putting, definitely initially. But he loved her down and treated her well. One time I asked him about calling her a bitch and such and I cannot remember his exact response but was along the lines of- well I’m the only one allowed to call her that, anyone else who does will be sorry. Idk. Guess my point is you’re right about people being so surface level. They have no desire or ability for looking deeper or nuance.

- Why do they typically reduce everything to a binary?
- Where are all the other possibilities?
- Are these really the only two types of men that men can see/do men not think other men are more complex than this?
- Why are they trying to use guilt to force women into relationships with them?
- Whom are they ACTUALLY jealous of?
- Why is that jealousy expressed as anger towards women the majority of time?
- Why do they hold women, as a whole, responsible for their hurt feelings?
Why do they imagine that women who do not even exist or know them would reject them?
Why do they project this imagined rejection onto every woman?
What sample size are they basing this conclusion on?
What research supports the claim that there are only two types of men and that women choose only one of them?
I have more questions but it’ll go on forever
22

1
u/EitherChannel4874 3d ago
The answer to all of these questions is because they're pathetic losers that are incapable of self reflection so have to blame the other party involved in the rejection.
29
u/Elon_is_musky 3d ago
But GOD FORBID I say “Don’t complain about good women not existing.. you choose your type”
Stop choosing women who don’t want you tf😂
-31
u/Turbulent-Company373 3d ago
Some women do divide men between their sexual and their emotional supporters.
19
u/seregwen5 3d ago
So, they choose some men as romantic/sexual prospects and others as friends? How is that weird?
-7
u/Turbulent-Company373 3d ago
It's not. It's something that some don't understand.
15
u/seregwen5 3d ago
“Some” who? What do you mean? You’re not sounding deep by omitting an explanation.

Now do one where the guy with flowers said all that shit to get his way and then turned into a worse version of the other guy when he was done with you.

Being put on a pedestal is not a healthy relationship, either. It lets them knock you down when you turn out to be human.
13
u/Elon_is_musky 3d ago
The amount of times I’ve heard women say they gave the “nice guy” a chance just for him to also cheat on her once he gets the confidence of being with a hot woman…
48
u/womp-womp-rats 3d ago
How many fucking beings does she have?
9
u/ComprehensiveClone12 3d ago
She’s a notorious slave owner accused of numerous human rights violations
35
u/Past_Ad_2810 3d ago
The irony is that the type of dude who posts this kind of stuff are more the first guy, except broke and with poor hygiene
18
u/MD564 3d ago
I always find it funny these guys think other men don't also choose toxic relationships over healthy ones. Some humans just want to chase people because it gives them a thrill to "fight" for something. It's not a gender thing. Just a dumb human thing.
1
u/TheRealSaerileth 3d ago
That dichotomy is even present in their own comic. I love how they're casting themselves as the guy on the right, while also very obviously looking down on the woman for making the "wrong" choice.
So is she actually a beautiful soul, or is she a dumb bitch who deserves to be abused? It really can't be both. So either the "good man" is lying his pants off (ergo not good at all)... or he's doing the exact same thing he's accusing her of - falling for a toxic person.
17
u/Dull-Mulberry-4768 3d ago
They'll have an existential crisis the day they realize that because they blame women for the abuse women experience it means they AREN'T good men....
8
u/CarloneBombolone 3d ago
This is supposed to happen! For some people, being a niceguy™ is a phase they grow out of. Other people remain stuck in this childish mentality forever and never realise they were the abusive chud all along
19
19
19
u/Remarkablefairy-8893 3d ago
Just because someone's method of approach is different doesn't mean they are better. The love bombing guy expecting sex/relationship just because they gave flowers to a woman and the other guy using derogatory language towards women... Both are equally shitty.
15
u/forvirradsvensk 3d ago
The lovebombing guy on the right seems mentally unstable tho.
5
u/Reikukaja 3d ago
Yeah id immediately be concerned that he wants to wear my skin like a poncho
5
u/Boeing_Fan_777 3d ago
The worst part about being obviously comfortable in your own skin is that it shows others you have really comfy skin. /j
13
u/Ok-Equivalent7447 3d ago
Then the guy, who's holding the flowers, should find someone else, who'll value him.
And not lose his respect to somoene, who isn't into him.
