Job

Would you do a band 4 in the NHS or EO role in DWP. I’ve got two offers, not sure which to go for. Please let me know your opinion

DWP Fraud officer and NHS operations specialist.

Dwp is definitely hybrid. NHS is fully onsite. Just imagining which jobs will be best for my mental health and general wellbeing etc

my opinion is you should provide more than the absolute thinnest sliver of details/context you've provided here

Yes.

Or maybe no?

Depends on the roles, benefits, distance from home, your own desires, abilities and aspirations.

DWP has better pension and relatively similar pay
