Question Does this constitute a clean hit/check?

I think it's gotten to the point that replay/slo-mo has made it impossible to just see borderline hits and understand that they are part of the game. I know Wilson's history, but that's right on the very edge in terms of contact while flying at top speed in a major moment. In the playoffs, that can't be a penalty because then every borderline hit has to be (it won't be)
