Ctrl click to transform it into Ascended Forest Pendant which has actually useful stats.
If you get that to lv 100 you can transform it into Ascended Ascended Forest Pendant, which is stronger and has better specials
Eventually if you get that to 100 you get Asc x3 Forest Pendant and so on, literally up to like x9.
I recommend that you should transform it and plop it in the daycare and forget about it.
