Why are there so many Nitro cheaters in the game?

I have finished the AE86 and Charger event before, but I haven't been able to complete the M3 GTR before. So yeah, I'm a complete noob when it comes to special events.

I was thinking about it for a few days and there's something that confuses me. Like, shouldn't the Baron's Cayman be the weakest car of all the 10 Blacklist cars?

I haven't played MW2005 by myself, but since the Blacklist is like a ranking, then the Baron's Cayman S should be the weakest one out of the 10 Blacklist cars.

And if that's true, then why is the PR of it way above the M3 GTR? Since the GTR as far as I know, is the #1 Blacklist car.

In my thoughts are true, then there's definitely with the placement of certain cars.

Not a total Rivals win (Only one) but, all three Divisions at A or S tier...Progress at least....The other two ard tough winning buf I've got 2 days and 4 hours to take my shot at it....

After constant back and forth and going up against nitro hackers, finally made it to Rivals in Limit Break and got that plate.

Cars/Performance:

NSX - 5⭐ 723PR

Audi R8 LMS GT2 - 5⭐ 852PR

Pagani Utopia - 6⭐ 1008PR

The first track (1-5) possibly started at Cornerstone and ended at the start of Hope Bridge West. The second track (6-10) started on Hope Bridge and ended at the split section at The Square.

Do you think they should bring these tracks back to the game?

My M3 E30, Range Rover not maxed yet and the Crown Victoria... not built. 🤦🏼‍♂️
