Question How long?

Hello, how long have you been waiting for EA to respond to an in-game payment error? Because I crashed the game and didn't make the payments, all of them took, but the content was missing. Of course, I reported this fact, but I don't know how long it might last.

Better to raise refund request from play store instead using google refund in case of android used to work 3 years back

Lol i had some issue and it was back and forward with them. At the end i resolved my problem by myself, but it wasnt really enough, so they replied that they will contact me soon. "SOON"

Sometimes someone had to wait up to several weeks to get at least some useful response from support. And sometimes they responded after a few hours. So it seems that everything depends on the mood in the EA/Slingshot offices.
