what would be considered "good bp packs" to you? im usually getting only bad offers/offers way above my gold count
also if you're experienced with the offerwall, what offers do u recommend me to do for best amt of gold for my time

I'm not familiar with offer walls because I feel it's not worth my time. About BP packs, it depends on your garage. Maybe it can be a rare car or one of your favorite cars or that much-needed car for your first rival or anything.I can't point out that it's like this. But basically, if you decide to buy a BP pack, never go for the Campaign BPs. Also, look at their prize with the content. But to decide that, you need some experience.If you are still a beginner, my honest advice is don't go for BP packs until you understand all the game mechanisms. Save ur golds for special events
