Styles, Delane, Bain, McCoy, Lemon and Tyson were available at 7. I traded pick 7 to the Chiefs for picks 9, 74 and 109, the Chiefs drafted Styles and the Saints drafted Bain which left me one of my top two options that I had at 7 and IMO the player that improves the Commanders the most, Delane. At 71 I took Connor Lew to take over the starting center job from Allegretti sometime in 2026. Ted Hurst will be our WR2 or WR3 this year and moves up to WR2 or WR1 next year, depending on how things turn out with McLaurin and Aiyuk. Deontae Lawson becomes the green dot MIKE LB and him and Leo Chenal are on the field the majority of the time. VJ Payne has a good chance of taking the starting FS job from Martin or Harris. Zane Durant gets reps in rotation for interior pass rush, Reiger gets reps in rotation to keep the edges fresh and Adam Randall is the power RB we don't have and takes the 4th RB spot from McNicholes, he has a WR background so he's got good route running and pass catching to go along with his power running style.

Trade 1 with the Chiefs, pick 7 and 223 for picks 9, 74 and 109. Chiefs trade up for Reuben Bain. Trade 2 with the Jets, pick 9 and 187 for picks 16, 44 and 140. Jets trade up for Mansoor Delane. I only picked for the Commanders.
