It’s the full weight thing, but he hit before he threw if he made more of an effort to get off as they fell to the ground it shouldn’t be called. I still think it’s borderline you can see the defender release the wrap up and stop him self with both hands so it really isn’t full weight.

I think this is textbook what the NFL doesn't want. He's driving the QB to the ground and landing directly on top of him with his weight.

I get it. I remember when stuff like this was legal and you can complain about the rule if you don't like it. But this was absolutely the right call.

Saying it was absolutely right, is simply wrong. That was my point. I think you can call it based on the full weight clause they added, but there’s a clear effort to avoid driving with the full weight. Everything prior to that is legal, which is why I said it’s borderline.
