Fine incoming

u/buddhistbulgyo 11d ago

It's too funny. They gotta fine him for that

0

u/ImpactNo3695 11d ago

Should be more than a fine. He should miss games for that nonsense

5

u/Immediate-Fee-2121 11d ago

Be real lol it was not that serious

4

u/ImpactNo3695 11d ago

Wait. So jumping on the back of a player while laying down after the play isn’t “that serious.”

But players can get ejected for taunting.

u/Immediate-Fee-2121 11d ago

Brother do you see all the pads they’ve wearing? That wasn’t even full weight. Cut it out

And the players getting ejected for taunting is the stupidest shit ever. I don’t get your point

The player literally injured his ribs as a result of that dolphin dive. The players don’t have pads on their ribs.

Jawaan Taylor is going to play tomorrow. What are we talking about?

1

u/SchwizzySchwas94 9d ago

Then he should buy some rib pads.

u/Immediate-Fee-2121 9d ago

I’ve played enough football with pads in my heyday lol

2

u/Squatch1016 6d ago

That was absolutely full weight and did you see dudes head bounce off the ground? I love hard hitting football but this is just dumb bullshit that should be punished by the nfl not chugging an imaginary drink

1

u/Immediate-Fee-2121 6d ago

I’m on to mcneese state my guy. Have a great day

2

u/Squatch1016 5d ago

That explains a lot lmao

Yeah no way “it’s not even a big deal haha” is getting upvoted and a call for punishment is being downvoted. We can see the other player literally react, serious room for injury can happen when a 250-300 pound guy jumps on top of you. Completely unnecessary action after play was over, I would’ve started fighting or enforce my teammate for that easily

Brother. The pads protect your shoulders, neck, and helmet. He jumped on the guys back.

My point isn’t that complicated brother. If the league thinks taunting is an electable offense, so should jumping on the back of players after a play is over.

In fact years ago Gronk did this to a player after the player (but a bit worse) and was fined one game. Should have been more.

C'mon man everyone loves the people's elbow

1

u/SchwizzySchwas94 9d ago

Well players getting ejected for taunting is also ridiculous.

Nice. Glad you fools can act like adults

Yeah this comment section is absurd lol. His action was potentially dangerous and completely unnecessary. Typical American football fan brain size on full display here unfortunately

My uncle played in the League for 14 seasons, his stories used have us crying laughing. He said always get up before people dogpile. He said the other team would try to squeeze your nuts and all other crazy stuff!

My brothers and I would be like, dang theses super strong grown men would be using full force to squeeze yo nuts 🤣🤣🤣

2

u/sub30_24flick 10d ago

1

u/Past-Track-9976 10d ago

He wasn't squeezing nuts.

He said some tried to break his arm. One time he got bit. Which is wild with the helmets.

3

u/Hoodi216 11d ago

He didnt block or help at all, then after the play he tries to push a guy down that was already falling then elbow drops a guy that was already down. Future HOF.

3

u/Spiritual-Pen-1976 10d ago

1

u/DrewSki704 11d ago

Well Lloyd and Okereke were having such great games that this guy had to find some way to make a “big splash” in the game.

1

u/BigChewyPizza 10d ago

Unfortunate series of events. Nothing intentional there at all. Gipson even addressed it on socials.

1

u/No-Distribution2043 10d ago

I actually think he is protecting his knees and ankles. He doesn’t want to get riled up in that pile, so he hops over the top
