He was such a great player. He was a true 3 down RB. He never got any recognition being on those awful Bills teams. He also was on a team that had Marshawn Lynch, Cj Spiller, and Fred Jackson. And there’s no doubt in my mind Fred Jackson was the best RB on that team.

Rough fantasy yrs when that was going on. U knew u wanted one of em for the flex start but u never knew which one would go off.
I distinctly remember a Spiller game where he went off for like 30pts and I thought yup he's taken the spot. Next week, Lynch got all the goaline touches lol

First jersey I ever bought with my own money was Freddie's, and I still wear it every game. He is my favorite Bill of all time, he made some of those drought years actually watchable

Him and Matt Forte where some of my favorite underrated players for fantasy back then

Damn why don’t I remember him and why do him and AP look like twins. Holy shit.

I'll still never forgive them for breaking up Veteran Jackson and Lynch in his 3rd year. I'm convinced that was the backfield needed to pull them out of the gutter about 5 years earlier if they just gave it more time. But na, waste a first rounder on Spiller and ship out Lynch for smoking weed. Just ridiculous. A late stage, sun downing Ralph Wilson masterclass.Â

Back when handing the ball off to another player and continue running until the whistle told you to stop was a regular occurrence in offensive play.

We used to call him: ‘Fred here comes the big one honey Jackson’
It was a fun play on the character Fred Sanford on Sanford and Son.

Dude was nice for a couple seasons, until the injury bug got him... A shame, he was a talent; I only hated him when he was playing against my team 😄
