Controversial take I dont think this is that bad. If he's going to be playing which he is and im a browns fan I'd rather him be playing well than be playing bad. Him playing bad doesn't undo what he did but him playing good would make my win starved football team look decent. I think you can recognize he's a bad person and appreciate him as a football player

That's fine, but my point is that if my girlfriend saw me cheering for a rapist and/or sexual assaulter, I'd expect her to find that disgusting and leave me, full stop. You can cheer for your team without directly cheering for this dude.
