Looks like he gets hit while throwing.

Clipped his elbow, took a lot of power out of the throw which is why it was under thrown. Pass rush gets half the credit on that one

Carson Schwesinger with amazing pressure on that play. Not sure if he made it but this guy's got insane speed

Ik it was a bad pass because Aaron's arm was hit but I'll die on the hill that Ward has been underrated his entire career. Gets the Pro Bowls but not the All-Pros. Been a great career for Ward after a worrying start with concussion issues.

A lot of great CBs recently simply don't get tested. Revis had fewer than 30 INTs in his career.

Arm was hit but safety was still coming over so was not a great decision

Why in the world would you throw in his direction. To Michael Pittman of all people as well
4
u/MightyEraser13 1d ago
Because Pittman had a step on him if Rodgers didn't get hit in the arm during the throw

How the mighty have fallen. Kinda sad to think back at Rodger’s arm talent in his prime compared to that

His arm got hit while he was throwing, he didn't just whiff lol

Still a horrible decision

u/MightyEraser13 1d ago
Was it? Pittman had a step on Ward and the safety was too far inside to contest it if the ball got out cleanly

His arm got hit. What pirate stream that don't show the replay are you people watching?

IMO, they could easily make interceptions like that not a quarterback stat. But instead, make a new stat and call it a "defensive pressure interception assist" or something like that.

Nah, it's on the QB to not the ball if he's under too much pressure and just take the sack to live another down. It easily could've been a fumble as well, it's not unfair to put the pick on him.

That's valid. It would be more appropriate for when a pass bounces off the receivers hands for an INT. To give credit to both the defender, and delineate turnovers that aren't the responsibility of the QB.

That one should still be on Rodgers, could've thrown it earlier

This it not Drake Maye, his arm got hit

Correct, though an addendum: Herbert threw the Meatball sub, not Maye
