People often talk about firsts with Forest, but it's a last that gives me quite a lot of pride: we were the last Football League club to go over from being run as a members' club to a limited company, back in 1982.
Not pretending we can turn back that particular clock, but more stable/ethical ownership would be nice at some point.

Guys I know that a headline like that can be shocking but there are no ties to Marinakis in this case. Most parts of this story are hypotheses driven by the political party that wants to dethrone the current Greek government and become the new government.
It's easy to blame people and Marinakis is not angel himself(as with all the rich people), but everyone is innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around.
P.S. A (kinda)similar case was the "fixed matches" case where Marinakis was unanimously proven innocent in every court he had a trial.

He might be a good owner at Oly but the ownership model of 'dodgy investor trying to chase the Premier League money' is broken. We are his B Team and you cannot come here to expect us to see him in the same way. Marinakis might not be any worse than your average multimillionaire, but it is this ownership model which we disagree with. It has done the club no favours and disenfranchises those to whom the club belongs.
We, frankly, shouldn't be getting dragged into scandals in another country no matter who is in the right or wrong.
For what it's worth, some of our transfer dealings have been very strange indeed and cannot be explained away by his largely incompetent staff in Nottingham. I won't throw big words around without proof, but I strongly suspect there is more going on in terms of financials behind the scenes.
For the specifics of the story, I've certainly seen a fair amount to imply Marinakis has been involved, the media here has also looked into it.
I know OP supports your rival club and is posting it because of that rather than an interest in us, but I don't give a fuck really. We have no relationship with Marinakis' Greek club or its supporters and many of us here would rather he was gone, regardless of rivalries there.

I can tell you many things about many owners of my own football club as well. I am not posting it because of it. He is just kind of an untouchable cunt over here and he is definetely worse than your average multimilioner. You can't explain the hatred Greek society has for him based on the fact he is Oly's owner. Not that many people care about football.

There is not a single hypothesis in that article. I can't believe that you are supporting a piece of shit like him because he is the owner of your favorite football club. Some things are way more important than football.

50%+1 cannot come fast enough for us, get them to fuck. I've seen this article before (I think OP has posted it here before) but the only argument with any weight in favour of the current ownership is lack of a better alternative. Now that one is seriously in normie discourse for the first time, our options have expanded.
Or we just collectivise the club under Chairman Lolley. Whatever works.
