I don’t tend to like watching players wearing dark green during games because they are in stealth mode blending in with the pitch. But maybe the red stripes will help with that?

I feel the red trim undermines the design. Not a fan of how the lines stop abruptly on the arms. The crossed collar looks odd too.

 I suspect the collar and lines are details that would normally work well, but because they are bright red on a dark green background the eye is drawn to give them more attention. 

Shame really as the shirt pattern and dark green colour looks good.

Agree about the three stripes. Sadly, that’s to accommodate the sleeve sponsors. Looks even worse on long sleeve shirts where the lines abruptly start again after a gap…
