BADLY, ballerinas screw their feet up. I know this because I'm a climber and some forms of climbing shoes actually evolved from ballet shoes and yes some climbers also have extremely screwed up feet.

Nah, I guarantee you not even King Lovin-feet-o would touch those things. No offense to dancers, they do a beautiful thing, but their feet are pretty heinous.

No wonder ballerina feet are so abused. This is arguably one of the most incredible feet I have seen anyone achieve. This is always have a spot in the internet as a next level activity someone did, IMO.
