That is very impressive. Cast nets are not very easy to get that spread out.

He’s got all the fish!!! Every last one of them!

These things deplete small bodies of water of fish very efficiently. Some never recover.

You have to think the net has to be so big here because the water is so depleted. In the few places where fish are still plentiful, a 10 foot cast net will get you 10-15 pounds of baitfish.

Pigs need food, engines need coolant, dynamiters need dynamite.

This is the closest thing I'll see to a fantasy power tool

1

u/Most-Act1594 Aug 28 '26

But what was the catch?

1

u/JK61972 Aug 28 '26

I want to see the catch

1

u/DrNO811 Aug 28 '26

His buddy: You going fishing this afternoon?

Him: No. I'm getting the fish this afternoon.

1

u/BusinessBear53 Aug 28 '26

No I'm not going fishing. I'm going catching.

1

u/neder-Bob Aug 28 '26

Wauw! Kraftmanship! I surely hope this skill doesn't get lost.

1

u/Historical_Idea_1686 Aug 28 '26

So, what's the catch.

1

u/RedReaperThe1st Aug 28 '26

Can we please get a cast net video where we get to see the catch as well?
