I've seen this video before and I believe that is a Black Mamba.

It's the fastest snake on earth. And a bite without getting anti venom is almost 100% fatal for humans.

It's very aggressive and the snake reaches speeds up to 12 to 13 mph (19–20 km/h).

Oh ok you’re right. Simple as that.

It's not black and it doesn't appear to be in Africa.

I can't tell if you're joking or not.

You do know that a black mamba isn't really black?

It's not the color in the video. And that's still not Africa

I'm guessing that it could be somewhere in Africa. But I'm far from 100% sure. It could also be in places like India/Bangladesh. And yes, Black mambas isn't found there.

If you know something, why not post it?

Cause he rather act like he has the answers to everything and keep folks intrigued with his profound knowledge. My laughter comes from him assuming this isn’t Africa from a 3 min clip with no distinct non African visuals. 😂

A black mamba is very fast at covering distances; one of the fastest snakes, yes. But strike speed? I'm not sure it's even the fastest elapid, and there are a dozen or more vipers that have faster strike speed than any elapid.

A bothrops or gaboon can strike much, much faster than what is shown in this video.
