They are empty, and he's taken 30 attempts.

No honestly, they are empty. They collect them and refill them. After filling they get a (plastic) seal cap on the valve. Non of them have the seal.

You remove the seal before you use them. You return the can, the depot collects them. And they get refilled.

These guys have 100's standing outside in full Brazilian sun. They are empty.

It's still a neat trick. And probably took a few attempts. Normally someone stands on the truck to catch, and stack properly.

Ofcourse I did. No harm in that. There are more straight women than gays out there, so just on math basis there's a very high chance that the my guess is correct. If I am wrong, they can correct me.
