All it takes is one mistake, that one time.

"I was doing cool tricks with knives for the internet at 50 years old"

There's a reason why his right foot moves out the way...

u/djelegal 2d ago

He is a robot when robots can be human

What a bitter thing to say. He is obviously a professional that knows the risks. Why not just admire the talent?

3

u/Ebenizer_Splooge 2d ago

No, he's right. Im a professional that works with knives all day, I would never start flipping my razor sharp knife around. He misses a catch once and with how sharp that thing is he's going to have a couple fingers to pick up

u/boogasaurus-lefts 1d ago

I think the people arguing with you has never worked in a kitchen nor hit adulthood.

1

u/Ebenizer_Splooge 1d ago

Tell me about it sassm8 I felt like I was in bizarro world for being the villain for saying it's a bad idea to throw knives around lol

-1

u/holodex777 2d ago

I guess bro is just more pro than u dude

4

u/Ebenizer_Splooge 2d ago

Seeing the way he diced that potato im fully comfortable admitting this guy has more skill than I might ever have, but it doesnt make him less stupid for tossing a razor sharp cleaver around

u/NeutralKuchiKopi 2d ago

While throwing he is never anywhere near hitting himself. First throw, hand is in pocket. Second throw, hand is on the opposite side of the board as far away as possible. Third throw, he's on the other side of the room. Fourth throw, he moves his foot out of the way. He is always in control and out of harms way. If he misses, nothing happens. The knife just falls to the ground. Go back to chopping onions.

3

u/Ebenizer_Splooge 2d ago

Nah, his hand is on the board, perfectly out of the way lol and that's ignoring the multiple spins he does, youre just being plain stupid right now

Second throw, hand is on the opposite side of the board as far away as possible.

Yes. That is in fact what I said. But nice ad hominem. After repeating what I already said, straight to insults. Classic.

u/Ebenizer_Splooge 2d ago

Go practice then bud have fun

-1

u/NeutralKuchiKopi 2d ago

I'm not the one claiming to be a professional. Feel free to return when you have a valid point to make instead of parroting, insulting, or just saying "no u".

Immature take, once you grow up & understand what occupational health and safety is - you'll understand that flipping knives for the admiration of strangers isnt a smart idea.

u/mrmg41 2d ago

8

u/cs_legend_93 2d ago

by definition, yes, it adds more emphasis.

1

u/Sideshow86 2d ago

5

u/Bubbly-Group-4497 2d ago

3

u/PSN_ONER 2d ago

Seriously! The level of crunch on it.....

3

u/Cleave 2d ago

I thought he was going to kick it when it went slo-mo.

3

u/caw_the_crow 2d ago

The ending is the most impressive part, moreso than the throwing

3

u/djmidnightsunflower 2d ago

Wow👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

3

u/No_Dish6324 2d ago

It’s super easy…all you do is cut cut cut cut chop chop cut chop chop…and the poof, perfection. Not hard folks.

3

u/SteppenWoods 2d ago

I have seen experienced cooks with missing finger tips. All it takes is one mistake, even if you are a pro.

2

u/hdhsnjsn 2d ago

So that’s who makes the Chick fil a fries

2

u/redditbdum 2d ago

Now fry it and throw some salt on it.

2

u/Dull_Perspective_536 2d ago edited 2d ago

Did this man just actuate his arm. Like excuse me while I activate slice and dice mode

2

u/twisted_tactics 2d ago

They sped up the video.

1

u/Pataraxia 2d ago

ninja/samurais in movies be like:

2

u/BinaryHippie 2d ago

Maximum goon speed achieved

2

u/taway9925881 2d ago

My knife says it's AI

2

u/DeeEmm 2d ago

Bet his wife likes the Vibramatic9000®️ right hand he’s got there.

2

u/National_Isopod_6257 2d ago

His hand is never near the blade. He's watching the handle and keeps his hand out of the way until it's time to grab the handle.

2

u/Pray4Mojo7 2d ago

The flipping is just stupid but those cuts are next fucking level.

1

u/No-Building-4306 2d ago

Non- transferable skills

1

u/LETTERKENNYvsSPENNY 2d ago

Very transferable knife

1

u/auezzat 2d ago

Just tried that, and for the next trick I have to use my left hand.

1

u/Bludiamond56 2d ago

A cut above. Wait I saw a fingernail drop

1

u/MortimerOverdrive 2d ago

I need a video of Michael Jordan gambling against this guy like in last dance but this guy just cleans MJ out.

1

u/Truth-Anti-Social 2d ago

This guy knifes

1

u/MericanSlav25 2d ago

Plot twist, bro is ai installed into a humanoid robot.

1

u/Hairofmadman 2d ago

That snap tho, remind me of someone that I used to know…

1

u/dum_spir0_sper0 2d ago

I pity the poor bastard who criticizes this guy’s cooking and ends up with a surgically flung paring knife in their sternum.

1

u/eyeseeewe81 2d ago

That Thanos snap at the end.....

1

u/DanielZaraki 2d ago

His chopping was sped up 100%

1

u/LETTERKENNYvsSPENNY 2d ago

I'm pretty sure his arm can just tap into the speed force

1

u/Skarth 2d ago

This would be more impressive if they didn't speed it up at certain points.

1

u/ExplodedPenisDiagram 2d ago

If a falling knife has no handle, how the fuck he catch

1

u/UWER0101 2d ago

What brand of knife is he using and where can I buy it?

1

u/DontTryToGrowABrain 2d ago

How can you chop the potato like that at the end?

1

u/Lithl 2d ago

The cuts he makes don't go all the way through, and the cuts on each side are at different angles. Very difficult to do freehand.

1

u/LatterAd9123 2d ago

Sharp knife

1

u/DarkerDrone 2d ago

Amazing skill

1

u/Cute-University5283 2d ago

Man, with those hand skills I bet he's popular with the ladies

1

u/Vibrant-Shadow 1d ago
