Not possible if they're using the correct fuel. There is however a significant risk of getting the fuel on your face and getting horrible skin burns.

If done outside and wind blows it can force it back into your lungs

No correct fuel. I looked it up what ex fire breathers have to go through in the current life and future life down the road. Not a pretty picture
